No.  The $150 million (initially, there were later payments) deal was
to settle a few lawsuits. IIRC, as part of the deal, MS agreed to
continue making Office for the Mac.  The stock MS bought was
non-voting.

For a while, Apple was including both Netscape and IE.  I don't know
what they include now.
