No, if your referring to the AppleColor RGB (model: A2M6014).
Those operate at fixed frequency of 15.75 kHz, identical to TV
scan rates. Those above Macintosh require a monitor with VGA
compatible frequencies, usually 30 kHz horizontal or higher.

It's only compatible with devices that output analog RGB at
NTSC/TV frequency.

Those systems that I know of include:

- Apple IIgs
- Apple III*
- Apple IIc, IIe (with RGB adapter)*
- Apple II's with PC-Transporter (IBM mode only)
- Apple II's with Video Overlay Card or Second Sight
- Atari ST's
- Amiga's
- Super Nintendo, Nintendo 64
- Sega Genesis, Saturn, Dreamcast
- Macintosh II (with 820-0185 Nubus video card)**
- Many arcade machines

*The Apple III (and IIe/IIc, with appropriate RGB adapters) use
digital RGB, so color information will be completely wrong.

**The Macintosh card supports the monitor, but only interlaced
mode and I'm not sure if the card works outside the Mac II line.
