    No cable is required, just a tiny plug adapter that inserts 
into the D15 video port and has a VGA (high-density 15 pin)
connector on the opposite end. Most monitor companies
include them with displays, or if not, you can order them.

    It should work with the IIsi, so long as your display can
support 640x480 @ 67 Hz refresh (rather than 60 Hz). It's
more picky about VGA video than other Macs. Incidentally
these adapters are very handy for hooking up VGA displays 
the IIgs that support lower frequencies, like my NEC 
MultiSync 3D. :)

    Btw, this discussion really belongs on a Mac group...
