PRAM battery

Where do you find one?  I have been to two different
office supply stores and a regular store looking for one.
The closest I can find is a 3.0v battery which is a bit
fatter and longer.  The only place I found one on the
web is RadioShack and it is special order for over $20.
It seems to me they weren't that expensive last time
I bought one.  What is a common replacement part number
for Duracell/Energizer or whatever?  I need three of these
things for each of my IIgs's and a Mac Classic II.  $20
bucks sound too expensive for a clock battery.  I thought
they used to be a common photo battery.
