One of the HD specs sites seems to list them as non Auto-head parking but I'm
doubting the correctness of that. The Apple SC20 used that drive and I believe
Apple would have provided a head parking program if needed. I have 4 of them
and I'd guess the heads have never been manually parked.
Actually mine are in the closet now. I wouldn't hesitate to use one but they
are slow. I've replaced mine with 3.5" mechanisms which are faster and don't
have so much latency.
