Audio CD commands were only added with the SCSI-2 command set. Earlier
drives used commands which were different for each manufacturer.
But didn't Sequential Systems sell a driver which allowed the Apple card to
play audio CDs on any SCSI-2 CD-ROM drive? Or is this the driver that was
never released?
