You would need to use assembly language or a poke command to change
the reset vector.

Under DOS 3.3, any Applesoft program named HELLO will automatically
run on startup.

Under ProDOS, the BASIC.SYSTEM or any .SYSTEM file is normally
executed first after ProDOS loads.  The first basic program to load is
normally called STARTUP.
