You need to get it going again. There's something kind of neat about
doing stuff on your original machine.
My dad got our II+ back in 1980. Lost track of how many HAAUG basement
swap sessions we carted it to. Many a niece and nephew has learned about the
wonders of computers playing Donald Duck's Playground, Conan, and Supper
Bunny on that machine.
It's been through many changes since then-- stuff like a better keyboard
and power supply, ROM mods, ... . It still looks good and works fine; and, it
still gets plenty of use.
