Lots of people want the lid, otherwise NO.

Yes and No. ROM-3 are a bit faster and have a few extra features, like mouse
speed. The ROM-1 is supposed to be compatable with more software, although I
can't say, as I only just got one. The Limited Edition Woz was (hmm...
double woz) a ROM-0 when originally sold. Your's must have been upgraded to
ROM-1 as many were, which is lucky for you.

A ROM-3 sold here in Autralia for just over $170AUD last week. But that was
complete with RGB monitor and 3.5 drive and 5.25 drive and a dozen disks and
books. For just the ROM-3 system box I'd guess about $40-50AUD max in
Australia ($20-25US), but as others have pointed out, auctions are
unpredictable. A ROM-1 would be less, perhaps $10-$15US max. A ROM-0 would
make a nice picture frame, but not very useful for a GS user.

The memory expansion would likely fetch more than the printer. I think they
are 32K, and don't really help a lot when the printer is in graphics mode. A
meg would have been more useful.
