The IIe has built-in Applesoft basic. Integer basic was an earlier, different 
basic. With a II+ you can load integer basic from the System Master into the 
language card (provided you have one) or the built-in equivelent on the IIe. 
Generally most people don't need Integer basic too often so that's the handiest.
For the rare person that needs integer basic more often then the firmware card 
might be a good way to go.
