What happened to your copy?
It would be easy to recreate the program. I am not sure why
you'd want the program, except just to see it again.
If you want to hear digitized voice from your Apple II, I
think that Michael M. on this newsgroup has a program
on his site that will allow you to record and play back
audio from the cassette port,
There are lots of programs on the archive sites that
will do this also.
"Apple Visions" by Bob Bishop has the source code listings
for such a program also.
