You can't blame Mr Bill on IRQ's that the realm of
the other half of the equation Intel.  Hence we have
the Wintel legacy.  The IRQ is a hangover on the
design of the Intel processors.  That  is why I loved
my Mac.  I could actually plug something into it
and it would work unlike the hours that I spend
fighting Windows and the PC hardware.

But you're right, I make a good living working
with Mr Bill's products so I can't really complain
too loudly.
