Help needed with IIc

OK, so I got a great bargain on the system from Goodwill. A mostly complete
IIc setup, computer, monitor with stand, ImageWriter II, power supply and
RGB monitor for a whopping $6. (Missing the RGB cable)
It all works, BUT, NO disks or manuals. I would like to know where I can get
a boot disk for this little IIc. I mean an actual physical disk. Downloading
it would do no good, I can't make a 140K disk on my PC.
I also picked up a Mac Plus with 45MB external drive, keyboard and mouse for
another $1.50. It runs fine and boots System 6.0.3. I upgraded the ram to
4MB.
