Spectrum Internet Suite (SIS)

I have another question for those using SIS to surf the web. I read a 
number of pages in Portuguese, and I have noticed that when some pages 
render, the end of one of the paragraphs is cut off. I haven't yet noticed 
this behavior in English pages. If I look at the source code, it has been 
completely downloaded, it just isn't rendering properly. If I save the 
source to disc, and ask SIS to load the stored version, it renders 
properly. Why would the page be rendered differently when it has just been 
loaded off the net than it would if the stored source code is loaded off 
my own hard disc?
