Brutal Deluxe's LemminGS is a commercial software product.
 
However, Brutal Deluxe authorized FE Systems to make it available for
free to registered owners of Bernie ][ The Rescue. It's been available on
the Bernie home pages for the past several years. And, all was well.
Brutal Deluxe was supporting FE Systems, and FE Systems was supporting
its registered users.
 
Then along comes someone who publicizes the URL where it can be
downloaded by anyone.
 
Since it was not the intention of Brutal Deluxe or FE Systems to have
this URL publicized, FE Systems went ahead and took the initiative by
removing the software for free download.
 
So, the game, once again, can only be purchased from Shareware Solutions
