I've got three reasons to think that this is an NTSC monitor.

1. My IIe is the International Platinum version, whose motherboard is marked
NTSC also, yet that displays colour on this monitor.
2. I connected the monitor to the composite output from my TV (which is
definitely PAL), and it displays in black and white only on the Apple IIe
monitor.
3. There is a tint control on the front which changes the colours
dramatically. Generally only NTSC monitors have tint controls, PAL is
automatically correct.

Does that sound convincing, or have I got it all wrong?
