On a Mac I guess you would change something in your Control Panel. (For
instance, you may currently have some Startup Application setting set to a
Dialer program.) Or, maybe, you can change some User Preferences setting in
your browser.
This is an Apple II newsgroup. For a better shot at getting a good
answer, try posting your question to a newsgroup better matched to your
