Need help with Focus drive and GS

Is your battery bad and not remembering your preferences?  You say it happens
sometimes?  hmmm.   You go to control panel and choose slots.
 
But why does it revert back?  Do you have your focus in slot 7?  It you do the
default should be to boot from there.
