No reason to make Apple ]['s after the ][+ was in production. If you had to
have integer basic, you could use the firmware card, or get a language card,
and load it into the RAM on the card.
Just like the //e. They quit making the ][+ when the //e came out.
Actually before it came out, but you get the picture. When I was working at a
dealer in '83, I remember them blowing out the ][+ for $600 to make way for the
//e. What a bargain...
