     Which game are you talking about?

     I do recall a room with dragon-like critters in Conan-- something about
energy balls periodically spurting from some place and making your way down the
right side, across the bottom, and up to the left top corner of the screen. It
was a pretty tricky level.

     Think I (very very) vaguely remember some kind of machine (or something)
that took a lot of hits to get rid of. Maybe if you describe the room in more
detail someone will come up with a clearer answer.

     Anyway (since there is no game save), unless you thrive on multiple
replays through most of the game, it's a good idea to give yourself unlimited
lives and/or axes.
