Some original IIs had the Autostart ROM. You have to check the D0-F0
ROMs, to see if they have Applesoft.

That's right. According to my manual, the ][+ is a ][ with a Rev 1
motherboard (which dates the manual), an Autostart ROM, and Applesoft
in ROM.
