   Nope.  I always have taken a nice thin X-Acto saw and sawed the brick in
half.  Then replace the fuse inside with a fuse holder mounted to the side of
the brick.  Then super glue and tape the brick up until the glue cures.  the
X-Acto saws are nice, because they are so super thin, they don't leave much of
a gap to deal with.
