As you say, a telnet program would be useless without a TCP/IP stack. There
is a sample telnet application which comes with Marinetti, but not System
6.0.1. The author of Arachnid, Kim Howes, also has a telnet program on his
website.

Geiff Weiss wrote GWFTP, a command-line program that runs on the ORCA shell.
I'm not sure if the graphical version, SFTP, was released.
