     Yes; it figures that dynahost would go into some kind of maintenance
barely a day after the new GSWV site is installed.

     A "(down)" marker has been placed on the direct GSWV links from the main
FAQs page and Major Sites page-- i.e. at ...

     Other GSWV links in the FAQs go to a simple fast-loading GSWVlink page
which has been updated to show current site status as "down". 

     Using an intermediary link page makes it possible to supply reasonably
current status info without having to tag every one of the numerous links
spread throughout the FAQs. And, if it turns out that dynahost has picked
this time to poof from netsville, it will be easy to adjust links to another
server.
