We hacked our brains out over this in the Apple II Mail Group. After about 2
months and one small crisis (involving another product, ProSel), we gave up. If
anyone wants to look at it, I have file folder of notes/disassembled
code/ideas/theories that is about 2" thick. I do not know if it survived my
move from Texas, though.
