   From what I recall there were 2 piggyback RAM options for that board.  One
went to a max of 512k (using 256k x 1 DRAMs)  and a 2 Meg board using some
weird concoction of funny SIMMs or ZIP RAM.  So the max RAM with piggyback was
1.5 Megs or 3 megs.
