I wasn't able to view the pics but the names of the cards are good enough

The Practical Periferals Microbuffer+ is a buffered printer card. Will print to
both
serial or parallel printers. There were a couple of printer cards that
conflicted
with GS/OS. Mayhaps this was one of them. The RAM on the card isn't accessible
by the computer itself. It's for temporarily holding a document you're in the
process of printing so the Apple II isn't tied up waiting for the printer to do
it's
job.

The ThunderClock is just a clock card for the IIe, II+, or II. Since the IIgs
has a
built-in clock, this card doesn't do anything but use up a slot needlessly.
