Yes, it _does_ come from within--and is purely and simply a product
of _attitude_. Any glass can be half full or half empty, depending only
on attitude.
Requiring everyone in the "community" to adhere to your standards
of conduct is an attitude guaranteed to produce dissatisfaction--there
will _always_ be someone to spit on the sidewalk.
On the other hand, changing your attitude to see random uploads as
free, uncontrolled (uncontrollable?) distribution can be exciting.
It may not be a "perfect" world, but it sure is an interesting one!
What's not interesting is complaining about how it isn't "perfect".
