Couple of other places to check:

    http://www.abebooks.com

This is a site that searches the inventories of lots of new/used book
dealers. It's found me a couple of obscure ones in the past. No sign of
your book there now, but it's worth checking there often.

    http://www.bn.com

Don't get me wrong; I love Amazon. But for used books I like Barnes and
Noble a bit better. You get instant results, and I've ordered from them
with great success. Again, no sign of your book there right now.

    http://www.half.com

This is eBay's straight selling service. I spent a week messing around with
bn, abebooks, etc., on some book for my wife, and she found it on half.com
for, like, $0.75. She's still smug about that.

Finally:

    http://www.ebay.com

The last refuge of the obscure. Nothing there at the moment.

(I also checked a number of other used book sites, with no luck.)

The bottom line, I think, is that you'll probably have to search on a
regular basis to track this guy down.
