need help identifying piggy-back memory card

http://imagehost.auctionwatch.com/preview/st/staceymama/MVC471S.JPG

I won the bid on this card and hoped that it was a piggyback memory card for a
RamWork III, but it doesn't match the pinouts. It has the sloped cut of an
Apple II Memory card and has a double row of piggy back male pins (50 in all)
running vertically and the same number as a RamWorks III card (which has a
single row of 25 pins). There are also two horizontal rows of five piggyback
male pins to the upper left of the first row.
There is a jumperblock with markings signifying the choice of 16K or 8K.
