Second Sight video card

Hey, well perhaps there is a little excitement left
in the Apple II world.

I recalled that there was a Second Sight card, one of the 
Fabrege eggs of the Apple II universe, on ebay whose auction
was about to end.

What luck! My search reported there was 3 minutes left to go.
Since I had last checked it, the price shot up from $82 to $212.

That last minute saw some furious bidding.  The card was finally
sniped with just a few seconds by some guy (most definitely not me,
but I'd buy the card Sequential were still makin' 'em), for $324.

Not the highest price I've seen...there have been Transwarps and
ZipGS'es that have exploded over $400.    A "complete system"
with maxed RAM, HD, Second sight, and modified ZipGS went for
$700+ a couple of months ago.

(...wanders off mumbling something about the economics of
auctioning bootleg second sight cards...)
