A hard drive wasn't standard. There are various SCSI cards for the Apple II.
There is also an IDE hard disk called a FocusDrive for it (www.allelec.com).

Both. (The RGB output, however, is at 15kHz, which is about a fourth of the
minimum scan rate of modern monitors.)

To get more RAM, you need a RAM card. The type of memory depends on the type
of card you get.
