Hi Everyone,
I checked the wonderful FAQ before posting this, but I couldn't find
anything about this. I love using my Apple IIgs - I still think it's the
most fun computer ever made, along with it's more serious uses. But, I'm
not an expert on it though, as I found out tonight.
I had to reformat my SCSI hard drive partition that has 6.01 on it and
re-install System 6. I had never done that before and it went very smoothly,
but now I see that the control panels in the installer and the system disk
too do not allow me to set the partition as the start-up device. There's no
"scan" as an option and it will only let me choose the Installer as the
start-up device. I feel so stupid - what did I do wrong? Is there a way out
of this? <g>
Thanks!
- Jay
