Anybody ever heard of, or played, NewTown? It was produced in 1985 by
Mindflight. You can find a copy of it here:

it could be considered vaguely Sim City like, since you have to
decide what goes where in the town and try to make sure you've got
what you need. The program also grades you on how well you've done.
Only problem is I can't find any instructions online anywhere and when
you tell the program to load the instructions it hangs, at least in
AppleWin. So I've used Copy II+ to look at the instruction section of
the program but that only helps a little since you can't see what
colors represent which types of areas.
