Ken,

The /System disk (1 of the 6/7) that comes with 6.0.1 installation set is a
bootable disk.
If you are in Australia I'd be happy to send them to you (I know how much of
a problem it was for me). Otherwise they are available for download/purchase
from A2Central.com for $2US per disk + postage.
