My Apple is a few years old and came with OS 8.0 In order to install a USB
port, I need to have 8.5 or higher. I purchased OS 9.1 and the installation
failed because the instructions indicate you need 8.5 to install 9.1
Apple does not sell 8.5 which is what I wanted in the first place! How do
you get around this trap.
