$3D0 is normally a vector to the DOS 3.3 (or ProDOS) warm restart
routine (type 3D0G to exit the monitor and go back to Basic, with
DOS connected to the I/O hooks). Short machine language routines
often get put at $300-$3CF, which is free memory. The "beep"
routine in the monitor is at $FF3A.
