The name doesn't ring a bell.
Other than the name on the Ni-Cad, that'd be a very good description of an
AE TimeMaster H.O. though. You might try that software on the odd chance
your card is a clone of it.
If there's an EPROM on the card you might try from basic "PR#x" where x
is the slot number the card's in. Just in case there's a built-in program.

If those don't work and no one answers your query, repost it every few
months. I posted a query about a specific EPROM burner every few months
for 3 years before the right person read my posting.
