The main reason I have not uploaded to Asimov or Ground is that FishWings is
still a work in progress (Right now I am working on giving it the ability to
at least read DOS 3.3 disk images).  There are also some bugs that I am
trying to fix.  Also, I have no idea if FishWings will work with Windows 98,
Windows NT or Window 2000.  I recently got a Windows ME machine and found
there were differences in the way FishWings worked in that system.
