     Most likely one or more IC's on the motherboard are making poor contact
in their sockets.

     Try scootching up and resocketting each socketed IC. (You can use a
large needle to pry up the square IC's at the corners.)

     Also, pull the Power Supply connector, clean the pins and reconnect. If
you have any cards in Slots, pull them, and clean the contacts.
