     The stuff from Apple's site is, as far as I know, intended for
downloading to a Mac. You probably will not get far on a IIgs with a Mac
.sea.bin file.

     Try downloading one of the System 3.2 files on the GSWV archive at ...

System 3.2 is available as a shrinked disk and as a self-extracting IIgs
