You can create a standard .dsk image of a 5.25" diskette or Trackstore disk
using DSK2FILE. Since a 5.25" disk image is 140k bytes, the target drive (for the
.dsk file) needs to be a Trackstar virtual hard disk. See one of these FAQs files
for DSK2FILE info:

You can transfer files back and forth between Trackstar 'disks' and your PC
using a Filetran utility. For example, you could copy a downloaded .dsk file from
a PC directory to your Trackstar virtual hard disk or from the virtual hard disk
to a PC directory. A Trackstore disk with Filetran stuff is included in the
Trackstar packages maintained in the GS WorldView archive at ...

Don't know of any way to do that. 10MB is a decent hard disk, especially
since it's fairly easy to move files from your real PC hard disk to the virtual
hard disk.
