I have used Super Convert 3.0 to convert gif images, but I think the current
version is 4.0 which also supports jpg. check out Seven Hills web site at:

Eric Shepherd has done a great review of this program, check out:

I believe Joe Kohn has Convert 3200 available to convert some formats, not
sure if jpg or gif are supported. check out:
