Delphi is discontinuing their text service completely come the 1st of
May.  This means that people will no longer be able to telnet to the
service to use the text side message board, chat system or other
utilities like their internet tools (lynx and such).  They will also
no longer be able to use their @delphi.com e-mail address or maintain
a web site on Delphi.

The only way you will be able to use Delphi starting on the 1st of May
is with the web side.

They stop charging people to use their service and then wonder why
they can't afford to keep running it.  Go figure.  :-)

I expect the A2 and A2Pro forums on Delphi will be getting fairly
quiet as many, if not most, of the previous users have given up on
Delphi and moved over to A2Central.com.  I've also heard that
Syndicomm is no longer managing the forums on Delphi and has moved
over to A2Central.com.
