Check to see if it has a switch to turn the color on/off, and also check
to the color saturation controls. If the monitor has separate Chroma and
Luminance connections, you may not get color if you don't have anything
plugged into the chroma connection (most commodore monitors have a
switch to use composite or separate y/c, some other models may or may
not have this though).
