Apple IIe Master Disk

I am totally new to apple II computers.  I have a teacher who needs a
"Master Disk."  I have an older 286 running DOS 5.0 with a 5 1/4" floppy
drive.  Is there any way I can get this 286 (compaq) to make an apple IIe
system "Master Disk"?
