A2Central.com currently has no dial up access and I don't think it has
any plans to add that method of connecting at the present time.

You need to access A2Central.com through the internet.  This means
connecting to the internet via an ISP and then using a telnet client,
either on your own machine or using a shell account's telnet program,
to connect to a2central.com.

Web based access is planned but hasn't been implemented yet.

By the way, I'm only a volunteer on A2Central.com so don't take
anything I say as being A2Central.com official policy.  :-)
