I didn't register cable.nu, it's a free Dynamic DNS service where you can
change the mapping depending on what IP you have been allocated. I haven't
had my IP change for over a year, but it is a DHCP-based system and could
theoretically be changed at any time. It was registered along with ddns.nu,
bpa.nu and optus.nu by Alan Yates (alan@ay.com.au).

It's not too slow if the end user has a dial-up connection :-)
