If you have a Standard C compiler on your Mac, you can download my
freeware program FID.C, which is written in portable C.  It lists the
Apple DOS files in such disk images, and optionally extracts these in
ASCII form, de-tokenizing "A" and "I" files as needed.  "B" files are
extracted in monitor hex dump format.
