     As Mary says, the Red Book manual is still up. A shorter URL is via the
GSWV archive: http://206.14.25.120/~cturley/a2zine/Sel/index.html . Once
there you can click on "The Red Book Manual".

     By the way, now would be a good time to download the pages if you want
them. It looks like driveway.com is closing down in a week or so and it may
be a while before the scans are available again.
